STEP 2:

TRANSFER YOUR CURRENT CARE TO IVY LEAGUE KIDS:

If you are already approved, to change our organization to the provider then you will need our location’s unique Provider ID in order to MATCH with Ivy League Kids. This is a unique number that the state uses to direct the subsidy payments. 
 
ADDING IVY LEAGUE KIDS AS AN ADDITIONAL PROVIDER:
If you are already approved, and will be adding our organization as a second provider then you will need our location’s unique Provider ID in order to MATCH with Ivy League Kids. This is a unique number that the state uses to direct the subsidy payments. 

STEP 3:

REGISTERING WITH IVY LEAGUE KIDS:

You will need to fill out our registration packet to enroll in our program. One registration per child is required. You are responsible for all tuition costs until we receive an approval through the state listing us as the approved provider.
After approval, you will be responsible for any difference in tuition in addition to your copayment if issued one by the state. All accounts are required to be set up with automatic payments.
