Current Open Positions
Site Director – Tinley Park
Lead and manage a before- and/or after-school program, support staff, communicate with families and school partners, and create a safe, fun, and engaging environment for children.
Site Director – Homewood
Oversee daily program operations, mentor staff, and ensure high-quality programming that aligns with Ivy League Kids’ values and standards.
Site Director – Oak Forest
Manage all aspects of site leadership including staffing, scheduling, parent communication, and program quality for our Oak Forest location.
Site Aide – Palos
Support the Site Director and team with daily activities, supervision, transitions, and enrichment programming. Perfect for individuals who enjoy hands-on work with kids and being part of a team.
Program Driver & Site Aide – Mokena
Safely transport children between school and program locations while also assisting on-site with supervision, activities, and program support.
