Cooking Classes with Ivy League Kids

Young Chefs Cooking Class

Calling all young chefs and food enthusiasts! Ivy League Kids invites students from KSD 140 to join our Young Chef Cooking Class. In this fun and hands-on 4-week cooking class young chefs will explore the basics of baking, mixing, and rolling dough, while learning how to safely use kitchen tools and ovens. Each week, participants will create delicious treats, from sweet baked goods to savory snacks, practicing essential cooking skills along the way. Each week your child will bring home their recipe brochure so they can share what we’ve made and even try it again at home!

This is a specialized 4-week cooking class 1x per week afterschool where students will be making a dish each week. Students are guaranteed to have a great afterschool learning experience!

  • Classes take place directly afterschool until 4:00pm.
  • Half Day Classes take place directly afterschool until 12:30
  • Perfect for Kids in Grades K-5
  • No prior cooking experience is needed—just a love for food and curiosity to learn.
