Scheduling
Take advantage of Ivy League’s flexible scheduling. You can choose what works for you. Please note, we need a two-week notice in order to cancel or exchange days. If you need to add a day to your child’s schedule, please give us at least a 24-hour notice in order not to pay the $10 drop off fee.
Billing Policy
Payment is due no later than Tuesday morning and you will be billed a late fee of $15 if received later than noon. If you have not already signed up, take advantage of Tuition Express to avoid late fees by having your payment taken out automatically. You can also set up your Parent Portal and pay online. Allergies/Medications
If your child has allergies or medications, please make sure they are listed on the registration packet. If they have any medication they need to take during before or after school hours, please make sure it is dropped off with the site director with clear instructions as to when, how much and for what.
